Innovation in the development of science and technology is important increasing company’s competitiveness, especially human resources. The study aimed at analysing leader-member exchange job involvement on innovative work behavior. 205 employees PT. Nindya Karya were collected for this study. results revealed that company had positive impact behavior, employees’ Furthermore, interaction between leaders significant It suggested should be able to encourage trust, give concern contribute achieving goals as well improving performance.
